MKOD staging gets this penthouse with a famous TV past featured in the Irish Times
Made famous a decade ago on screen by Love/Hate’s John Boy, MKOD were brought on board to fit out this vast penthouse and give it a new look and feel that would match its lofty past. At a sprawling 3,500 sq ft, transforming this empty shell into a a knockout apartment fit for the stars was a challenge we loved from start to finish. The end result - ten years after first hitting the screens it gets featured in a great write-up in this Irish Times article.

Designed by renowned architect Paul Brazil and staged by MKOD for BallyPrior Properties, this new build even featured a batman style car turntable!
Located on the sought after Roebuck Road, this large 4-bed new build on the site of a former chapel was constructed to the highest standards. With advanced heating and automation systems and an A energy rating the developer wanted to do justice to the property with an interior design that would show it at its best. MKOD stepped in and delivered a style and finish that complemented the high-end standards of the build.

Home Staging: Warm and welcoming design for this charming bungalow gets it featured in the Irish Times
When the owners of this delightful, back to front property in sought after Delgany made the decision to sell they knew that had their work cut out to present it in its best light. Having been in long-term rental the property was completely unfurnished and showing the signs of wear and tear. MKOD’s team stepped in to manage the entire staging project, transforming this empty building into an utterly charming family home. The owners were thrilled with the results, all the more so when it was featured in a write-up in this Irish Times article.

A two bed apartment in Linden Court had been let for several years when the owner decided to put it on the market for sale however it needed a lot of work to maximise the potential return. With a turnaround time of only two weeks, MKOD were hired to carry out full fit-out and staging. Leveraging all our sourcing and staging skills we were able to complete the entire apartment within the demanding deadline and deliver a look and feel that resulted in the apartment selling significantly above the asking price, leaving the owners delighted with their investment.

MKOD were approached to provide a one-stop solution for the interior design and product sourcing of 56 apartments in Dublin’s popular Silcone Docks. Working closely with the Marlet Group and their BTR client, Realis, we created a solution based on their focus group feedback and budget requirements. Delivering on time and under budget during the challenges of lockdown due to Covid-19 this was a project that provided many twists and turns but one the client was delighted with at the end..
